Reply Jim June fifteenth, 2015 I did Insanity and like T25 (Regardless how irritating Tanya is!). I was asking yourself if you could recommend a program for someone who does plenty of working and cycling.
I tried Insanity focus t25 workout online but my 37 yr old knees ended up screaming blue murder – quite agonizing and, frustratingly, I had to prevent (a long time and many years of football and functioning have taken their toll).
